Our warehouse and logistics team have many years of experience that will ensure your order gets to you safely and efficiently. Great care is taken in packing your point 8 percent so it reaches you in tip top condition.

· We always aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day of the order being placed. It can take up to 2 working days after dispatch for you to receive your order. Please note that orders made on the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
· For remote areas including Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands, delivery may take 3-10 working days.
Just so you know…
· Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders placed before 2:30pm GMT Monday to Friday on the same day, however we cannot guarantee this.
· We’re unable to deliver on public holidays so please allow an extra working day across these busy periods.
· Please allow 1-2 extra days for delivery around any sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during the busy Christmas period.
Returns and Refunds
· Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to process returns.
· If your order arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date you received the order. Please attach photos of the damaged product in your email and state your preference for a replacement or refund.
· We will get back to you within 3 working days regarding your replacement or refund request.
